Responsible business practices that support long-term value

Sustainability is reflected not only in our products, but also in our responsible business practices integrated across our operations, partnerships, and value chain relationships.

We continuously improve our practices as part of our long-term value creation.

People & Workplace

Value chain engagement

We work closely with suppliers, distributors, and partners across our value chain to promote responsible practices, improve transparency, and support the continuous integration of sustainability considerations into our products and operations.

Supplier sustainability assessment

We aim to conduct structured sustainability assessments of key suppliers to better understand environmental and social impacts across our upstream value chain.

A dedicated supplier sustainability assessment has been carried out with our core manufacturing partner, Goldensea, serving two complementary purposes: it supports responsible supply chain management by identifying potential environmental and social risks, and it contributes to Ayrton’s own double materiality assessment in line with ESG standards.

Engagement with customers and partners

We aim to strengthen sustainability engagement across our customer and distributor network through in ongoing sustainability communications, stronger collaboration, and improved transparency.

Our goals is to position Ayrton as a preferred partner for energy-efficient and environmentally responsible lighting solutions, while gradually increasing the visibility of our sustainability approach through dedicated online resources for clients and partners.

Governance & accountability

We combine external assessment and active industry engagement to strengthen our accountability and continuously improve our sustainability performance.

commitment

Ayrton is a member of the PLASA Carbon Reduction Commitment, an industry initiative supporting organisations in measuring, reducing, and managing carbon emissions.

The programme promotes shared responsibility and alignment with the global transition toward Net Zero.

Through this commitment, we participate in a structured framework that encourages continuous progress across three key areas: awareness and planning, operational improvements, and transparent carbon reporting.

This approach supports ongoing learning and reinforces a culture of accountability and improvement within the industry.
